If you’re a student or a parent, you can cancel your session up to 2 hours before the session time that was agreed upon with no penalty. Our Gooroos spend a great deal of time and effort preparing for each session, so we will charge you the entire session fee if you cancel with less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
