When and how do I get paid?

Congrats on a successful tutoring session! Once you've submitted feedback for your student in the app, your earnings will be added to your account balance, which you'll be able to view in the "Me" section of the Tutor app. 

In order to transfer your earnings to your bank account, you'll first need to add your bank information. You can do that by tapping "Add bank account" in the "Me" section of the app.

Once your bank account has been added, you may request a transfer of your earnings at anytime by emailing the Gooroo Support Team at support@gooroo.com. We'll confirm we received your request, and you can expect a deposit in your connected bank account in 24 hours. You can request your earnings as often as you'd like.

We are currently working on a "Withdraw" feature that will allow tutors to withdraw their earnings anytime, on their own.
